V. Working principle
(1) normal operation
The water to be filtered enters the sieve cylinder in the equipment from the lower part of the equipment, and is filtered through the sieve cylinder. The filtered water flows out from the side of the equipment, and the filtration process is completed.
The increase of suspended solids in the screen cylinder increases the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the equipment. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, it automatically cleans. Different sieve cylinder specifications are suitable for different filtration precision.
(2) Cleaning method
The negative pressure sucking device is adopted. The negative pressure sucking device is driven by a deceleration motor and moves spirally around the inner wall of the sieve cylinder. The negative pressure sucker sucks up the sundries on the surface of the sieve tube and excretes them out of the body at the same time. The cleaning time is 1 ~ 3min.
(3) control system
The filter equipment is equipped with an online differential pressure meter. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the standard signal will be output to the electric control cabinet. Then the electric drain valve and the negative pressure sucker start to work.
